Other weird things

1. I realized walking home tonight that the Big Dipper was the constellation of my youth and Orion has been the constellation of my adulthood.
2. Mozzarella sticks with raspberry sauce. What the fuck?
3. How quiet it is here that living more than a mile from the railroad tracks I still hear the whistles.
4. Raspberry sauce. Like, for real. They charged me 50 cents extra. Ew.

I'd like to know more about how you've come to associate the Big Dipper with your youth and Orion with your adulthood. I'm both an amateur and professional astronomer, and I love stories like this.

OMG, I've had the same experience. For whatever reason, it's easier for me to find Orion & his belt than it is for me to find the Big Dipper.

Skys of my lives:

Orion is my youth constellation, Milky way is college years, HALLE-BOPP is getting engaged and Cassiopeia is getting divorced.

Kinda sounds like different seasons of saved by the bell.
